shipping Policy
SAINTS Alchemy brand products are made-to-order and stocked in small quantities. All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, for domestic and international orders. For orders over $50, shipping is free.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within ten miles of the business address:

For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made by appointment, Monday-Friday, during normal business hours. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to confirm your delivery time and provide updates.
Return & Exchange Policy
We truly appreciate your business, and hope you are happy with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return SKIN CARE and ENVIRONMENT products for EXCHANGE for same product equal or lesser value, or SAINTS Alchemy STORE CREDIT. Refunds will not be issued for services rendered.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. If more than half the returned product is used, SAINTS Alchemy will not exchange or grant store credit for those items. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and shipping charges will be added to the total value of customer's exchange or store credit with receipt.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@saintsalchemy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and indicate whether you would like an exchange or store credit. If you prefer to exchange, please indicate in email which product/s you would like in exchange (equal or lesser value). After receiving a RMA number, package the item securely and, and mail your return and copy of shipping receipt to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
SAINTS Alchemy does not issue refunds. Please see return and exchange policies above in section RETURNS. SAINTS Alchemy will issue no refunds/returns/exchanges/credit for services rendered. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged/credited for other items.
